Dewlap between a sows legs?

One of my 4 sick piggies looks like she has grown a dewlap between her legs! - had noticed she looked a little puffy on her belly but just thought it was because she is on meds for a thickening of the bladder!Will be on the phone to the vet again in the morning - wonder what it is.
 
Yes,we are off there with heart pig and spayed on Friday pig - but have just noticed it is where her belly has been completely shaved for when she had her ultrasound.
