So it isn't complete water? Diarrhea when complete water is a medical emergency.

Do they have form?
 
Bramble has bouts of soft poops where they're almost formed, what I do is completely cut out veg, usually within 24-48 hours they're back to normal and I reintroduce veg starting with herbs 24 hours after normal poops have appeared. I offer fibreplex 2-3 times a day, a 10ml syringe of critical care once or twice a day to get some extra fibre into her and add an extra bottle of water with biolapis mixed in.
If at any point they lose appetite, the stools become more liquid, they become lethargic etc theyll need to see a vet pretty quickly, diarrhoea can be dangerous to small animals as they dehydrate quickly. As with anything though, if in doubt, have it checked out.
 
She gets poop probs a lot!
It was not completely water it had some shape but was soft
Also how can you tell if complete water poop is wee or dioahhea ?
This morning she got broccoli and red bell pepper
 
When I went to see her just now ( outdoor pig) she was fine , I gave her some more hay and pellets veggies are off limits for now
 
Poop shows what they had a few days previously. So if she is having regular issues, you might want to start keeping a diary of what you are feeding her and when to see if there are any links with certain veg and soft poops a few days later.
Of course a trip to the vet if this is regular or like you say, she is having issues going or mucus is there.
Wee will be wee colour, diarrhoea is liquid poo, so poo colour.

Bellas poop has improved a lot but is a little deformed-
Is this okay? Should I give it a day or so or take her to the vet?
They are a little small but maybe that’s because I did not hive her any veggies yesterday? They are smaller than usual but apart from that they are fine

They are good and on the mend, sounds like her tummy was just a bit off. Keep an eye on her
 
UPDATE
First normal poop since yesterday! :)
Should I still keep an eye on her?
I compared the two poops she dis about 5 mins ago to the one she did now - big size difference! The poop at the top is the most recent

Hello all,
Yes, its true! Bella has had diaohhea 4 times now in the past month or so. It’s not liquid but it’s soft and deformed . I’ve been trying to find a connection with foods but this morining I gave her little gem and red bell pepper is something she gets regularly . Anyone know what this is? It’s continuously on and off

Have you seen a vet? Please be aware that diarrhoea means 'flowing through' and describes runny poo; if you see that, you need to see a vet ASAP as your piggy is serious ill. Start syringe feeding and watering immeidately.

If you are dealing with soft poos that still are somewhat solid, right up to 'cow pads'; take your guinea pig off ANY fresh food (especially lettuce, which is prone to causing soft poos) until your poos have firmed up and have been normal again for 48 hours. See a vet promptly if your poos are not starting to firm up noticeably within 24 hours of feeding only dry food.

If the problem returns as soon a re-introduce veg again, then you need to see a vet for an investigation as well as it is not just a minor temporary tummy upset.
The same goes for any ongoing/recurring digestive problem; there can be an underlying problem. Persistent digestive issues require a vet.
 
I had a piggy once who did poos like that. I took him off of fresh veg for 48 hours but the deformed poos returned.

My vet put him on fibreplex for a week and thankfully that sorted out his digestive system.
