My guinea pigs love to move the fleece and lay on the coroplast, but I always see these brown stains on the coroplast floor. I don’t know if his is diarrhea or poop that has been peed on.

I’m afraid we cannot know from a written description.
You could post some pictures, but if you are concerned your piggy has diarrhoea then you must see a vet at straight away as diarrhoea is considered an emergency. You should also stop giving all vegetables, step in with daily weight checks and syringe feeding a fibre rich recovery feed

The rest of their poop is normal and the poop stains only happens on the coroplast floor where they lay down. The stains not that moist and not hard. They are eating a lot and are acting normally.

Then it possibly is just where poop is being sat on and squashed but given we cannot see it then it’s not possible for us to know.

You could try clipping your fleece to the coroplast to try to stop them from getting to it

It looks like crumbled and squashed poops. Have you tried scraping it off?
