TUESDAY - Carrot, Green beans, Coriander ,Little gem lettuce

WEDNESDAY - Parsley, Bell pepper, Cucumber, Spring greens

THURSDAY - Strawberry, Romaine lettuce, Green beans, Coriander

FRIDAY - Bell pepper, Carrot, Cucumber ,Basil

SATURDAY, cucumber, Little gem lettuce ,Coriander, Baby corn

SUNDAY - Sugar snap peas, Bell pepper, Cucumber, romaine lettuce

Welcome to the forum

The four safe veg are lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper and coriander. They can all be fed every day.
Everything else should be in rotation and certain items no more than once a week, and other items as an occasional treat.

Yes your plan looks ok, however, carrot and fruit fall into an occasional treat category. So I would not feed strawberries and carrot in the same week - do one or the other but not both.

High calcium items such as the parsley (and kale or spinach) are one type and only once a week. So that is also ok on your plan
