Different since the babies

My girl (I really must think of a name similar to "jake" soon.......... ?) since she had her babies her personality is different, she seems much more chilled out and whereas before she would hide in the bedroom if someone approached she is now at the cage saying hello! Why is that??

She knows you are talking about her. ;D Can't think of a similar name to Jake. :-\
 
Keep her as Jake we have a Sow called Hamish and we knew she was a Sow when we got her my son named her ;) I call her Mischa if I need to go to the vets ;D
 
While my girl, Cindy was pregnant she was really friendly... if I put my finger in her cage she would happily come up and sniff it... even after birth she is still like this :)
Maybe its the mothering thing? Changes them... makes them more trusting? Or maybe she just needs some loving from you? because the bubs are bugging her... Cindy loves snuggle time now :smitten: it gets her away from the bub for 5 seconds ;D
 
dixie was like that, she was wild when i got her then after the babies she chilled right out..now i can pick her up n cuddle her without having a fight, being bit and scratched and her trying to jump out of my arms!
 
;D I think Cindy and I started bonding before she was even preggers... not handling her much for 2 months and just talking softly to her prob made her trust me more ::) lol
