I homed this little chap for SusieQ who had rescued him (in or around August 2008). We didn't know his age at all but the time he had with us - he enjoyed and was loved.

He passed over this morning.

RIP wee man.

Oh Goodness me - what a numpty I am -

Yes Lou, Dig was a Russian Winter White Hamster - very tiny, very sweet although liked to give a hefty bite - full of character he was.

Also the date didn't come through - I have a "shades" smilie for some reason.

I got him in August 2008 from Susie. If you look back through the thread titles Susie has posted you will find him - bless.

I remember you getting him Helen. Bless him sounds like he had a full life. I really want a Hammy! Not allowed though!
