well, I have found two good rodentologists in my area, I have contacted one and I thought great they can do my guinea pig's teeth for £15 - £20, but then I realise I would have to be a member and this would cost me an extra £20 a month:( for a years membership.

It does include free nail clipping etc but I do this myself.

I can't really afford to sign up to another £20 a month I spend this on food for my gp's and don't want to buy them cheaper food.

I have the number for another place through the cavy trust which charges just £30 a year and £20 to do teeth should I go with them or pay the extra money as I have made an appointment with the other one?

Thanks

£20 a month for membership? thats £240 a year for very little back, sounds a quite excessive to me but I'm no expert!

The £30 a year and £20 a tooth trim sounds better to me.

yes I thought that, because I have 8 piggies the cost goes up the more you have.

I don't mind the drive/ diesel costs or the cost each time which will be £20 every few weeks to have his dental work done and that is enough, but monthly costs as well hubby would not be happy!:(
