Do you mean crusty or chrstals?..If she has white chystals around the genital area,this is most likely because she is not drinking enough.Give her water by syringe ,little and often to flush the bladder.
If you mean crusty and brown,it probably is just dried faeces.Sponge her off with a cotton pad soaked in warm water.
she drinks loads, so i don't think it's that and it's more crusty anyway O0 will clean, just wanted to check as they normally have clean bottoms and when i was doing their health checks i noticed hers wasn't O0 thanks
