When I have our Tufty on my hand, while stroking the back of her head.
She licks my finger.

Is this a sign of affection, or just that she's enjoying it?.

Any thoughts?.

Cheers

Smudge does that, he goes crazy licking my hand and will climb up my chest and lick my face. I like to think its affection - can't think what else it could be as they tend to show other emotions in other ways. Interested what others think ...

I used to think Gladstone was doing that because he was looking for food!:))

Worked though, he used to get something to lick (yogurt, mostly...) x)

Merry pig loves licking and gives lots of piggy kisses. I think he likes the salt on your skin. He loves to lick OH when she's been out running... funny pig.
