as in, vomiting fur balls like cats do? As far as I know piggies are not capable of vomiting at all, so no furballs either... ?/

Nope guinea pigs don't have fur balls as cats and rabbits. The fur is easy enough to pass through their body to be expelled at the other end.
Guinea pigs, like rabbits are unable to vomit.
Rabbits do get furballs if they are not groomed regularly.
