Do I Need To Bath My Piggies?

Hey guys. I've had guinea pigs almost all my life and have never bathed any of them. I've hered of people bathing them and hered people say not too so do I or don't I?

I would only bath them if they got into something sticky or if they need a but bath.

Simple answer is bath them only if necessary (eg they are dirty and stink)

We bath ours whenever they get mucky, or sometimes an extra bath if they are due one.

I only bathed Tilly when her urinary problems left her smelly and wet.

I only bath Crystal as she has long fur and a lot of her urine and mud get stuck in it easy. If you have to bath your guinea pigs I will only do it when they really need it, once a year I do it and just clean Crystal down with guinea pig wipes when she starts to get a bit dirty c:
