Just before Christmas my Peanut Butter developed on his nose what one would definitely describe as a pimple were it on a human nose. As he was going to the vet's for his regular dental yesterday I was going to wait until then to mention it to the vet. Well yesterday morning the "pimple" disappeared!

I forgot to even ask about it a the vet's because when I got there I was told his regular vet couldn't come in and did I want to re-schedule or allow the practice owner to do his teeth. Well I had a debate over that with myself, then decided to trust the different vet and of course spent the rest of the day worrying myself silly until I got the phone call saying all was well and he was ready to come home. So the "pimple" completely slipped my mind until today.

So, does anyone know if piggies can get pimples?

Hmm.. My bubble got a little tiny "pimple" on her ear once but that soon disappeared too so I'd be interested to find out the answer to your question! :)

Well it certainly reassures me that another piggy has had a "pimple"! I recently discovered that they can get sebaceous cysts just like humans - I have had them in the past and the "pimply" piggie recently developed two. It would not surpise me that they can get pimples as well, just wanted reassurance that they do get them.
