Snowy has had what looks to be a white head on her ear for some time. It’s got a little larger but not much change and we’re talking months if not a year that she’s had it. I’ve asked the vet on at least two occasions and they said it’s nothing to worry about just a spot. (Diff vets) I have to admit I tried giving it a squeeze, which snowy didn’t take so well! (I do it to my boyfriend too and he has much the same reaction! 😬) A tiny thin strand of pus came out but she wouldn’t let me clear it out completely and it appears to have a vein running over it.
So can they get spots, if so will it just burst and clear up in it’s own time?

My neutered boar which passed away some months ago had such a spot as well. It never caused any problems. It just looked a bit strange. He had it on his lips.
