I seem to be the only one in the house who does. I love opening a fresh bag, it smells soooo good.

Hahaha, I love it as well! It smells like nature, and summer, and it brings such joy to my guineas, all good things about hay!

I love it too! I don't understand when people say rabbits smell because I love the smell of my rabbits (and pigs), they just smell of hay!

So do my cats actually because they have hay in their kennels too.

i have hayfever, and when i have to collect my bale of hay for the rabbits and guineas, i just about die. it's a shame really, because i love te smell. i like the smell of freshly cut grass, too, but the same applies here

When we get a fresh delivery of hay at work, I sit in the feed store just sniffing haha...! We have a whole room full of hay, it's heaven!

Haha, poor you! Jenny at work was trying to avoid doing the hay and water run at the end of the day so she didn't have to go in there, she has really bad hayfever too! When I came out with the trolley, wheeling the hay along, she ran away pretty quickly!

i have a friend who won't change his hamsters bedding type for hemcore as he honestly thinks it's addictive-drug based :...

I think I associate the smell of hay with happy piggies, they love it when they're all cleaned out and lots of fresh hay put in and that's when I smell it most. So, yes, I really like the smell of hay!

It reminds me of my childhood when I had ponies and then horses. Sadly I am too skint to have either so the guineas shavings and hay are my substitutes!
