Do you think this will be ok?

Now i know piggies like hay stuffed toilet rolls but do you think it will be ok to stuff one full of hay and then tie it up so its in swinging motion if you understand what i mean?

I think it would. Mine have those swinging metal balls and they work out alright.

Personally I would cut holes/flaps in it so the hay can be stuffed in those and not just all fall out but I'm sure it would be fine.

I think it's a great idea! If your piggies are as thick as mine you might want to consider splitting the roll lengthwise (just on one side) so that they can't get stuck if they get it down... Martha got her head stuck in a roll, panicked and ran into a wall and got it stuck all the way down to her shoulders.... Silly little pig.
