Do you g-pigs poo at the speed of light? mine do! i put them in the cage after cleaning and i go out to change their water bottle, come back in and they have pooped like 60 times!

Do you get that?

Mine poop, poop and then poop again. Their feet have barely touched the cage when I have just freshly cleaned it and its filled with poops again.

Mine poop faster! malletheadmalletheadmallethead

I made up a song for my piggies when I got home today, to the tune of "Yes we have no bananas". It goes "No, we have not stopped pooing, we have not stopped pooing all day. We've poopied and doopied, and doopied and poopied, and pooed all the the place, no, we have not stopped pooing, we have not stopped pooing today......." Sorry :red:red:redmalletheadmalletheadmallethead

hahaha! this thread is hilarious! Would having a kitchen box help? I haven't tried this as I haven't got my indoor set up yet but apparently if you feed them all their food in one area of the cage, in like a huge cat litterbox they do most their poop their too.

Ahhh....bless them

I am always amazed at how such small creatures can produce soooo much poo in such a small space of time. My OH calls them poo machines, and I now time them from time of getting back in a clean cage to first poo! Seconds usually....

litter tray, ehhh....

I'm thinking about making a litter tray out of a shoe box and putting newspaper in it... if they eat a nike shoebox do you think it would be poisonous and thanks to everyone who replied.

Usually yes, not so much at the mo but is getting there again. Am sure there will be even more when she gets her friend. Hamsters do too, usually leave a trail round the flat from their balls.

PS: the appropriate mass noun is a "poo of piggies"! :(|)
