Chestnut has started to nibble my clothes when i pick him up!
I know piggies dont usually bite but i'm worried he is going to, he is only 9 weeks old tomorrow so he is still young.

I just wondered if it was only little man that nibbled clothes or do some of your's do it too
 
my two both occasionally nip but they are very young and still learning, its getting less and less all the time.

my 15 week old boar likes to pluck the towel on which he sits as well as nibbling my jumper on occasion.
 
I'm not the only 1 then lol.

When i had piggies befor they didn't bite or nibble, they were so laid back lol.
 
Pigglywink liked chewing on my buttons... and she would get quite upset if I was wearing a shirt without buttons (would headbutt me where the buttons would normally be).
 
They shouldn't bite/nip you - unless they're trying to tell you that they need down to do the toilet.

Sometimes they will nip at your clothes because of the texture of them, just trying to suss out what it is.

pancake used to do it all the time but think she is growing out of it. she likes to escape from her playpen or burrow under the towel!
 
Toddie, who will be 2 in April nibbles zips, necklaces & buttons & has been known to nip hands/arms too :)
 
Aww, i sometimes wonder is it a insecure thing or am i mad to think that?
 
I think it is a baby thing. When I had pigs growing up I can never recall bites from adult pigs, just exploratory nips from youngsters.

Read it somewhere youngsters can nip until they've learnt their boundaries.

Don't know who one would TEACH those boundaries though?
 
yeah squirt bites me all the time, its like hes smelling me and then he bites me.

i think he licked me once..then went to bite me.

peanut likes to nibble but not too hard.

and they both like my zipper on my hoodie. and LOVEEEEE to chew my cellphone
