One of our pigs ( pepper ) has taken to kind of clawing/pawing at the other pigs if she wants them to shift/wants access to the water bottle etc I've never seen a pig I own do this before. She does it until they move and is starting to take to doing this more than the head butting/nipping that the others do. Its kind of cute in a way to watch, and I don't think it hurts the others, I think they find it more annoying than anything else. It's almost like something a dog or cat would do

Just wondering if anyone elses piggy does this?

Yes my three guineas do to this to each other at the water bottle! It is quite amusing, I have put up a water bottle for each of them as they all seemed to want it at the same time.

Ahh so maybe thats where she learned it from then lol We have two water bottles and normally thats enough ( we did have 3 but they only ever used two of them ) She also does it when its feeding time, she stands with her front paws on the ramp and if someone blocks her view of the kitchen she'll paw at them until they shift lol

At least Pepper has better manners than my Sparky, and asks them to shift. If Sparkys housemate, Harry is in the way Sparky just walks straight over the top of him.x)
