Does anyone give bran to their pigs?

Someone recently mentioned to me that their guineas loved bran - does anyone else give this to their piggies?

I've tried a bran mash before with my piggies but they didnt like it. You mix water with bran.

Mine won't touch bran but they love porridge oats which I give them in the winter & maybe once a week as a treat in the summer.

I’ve never used Bran, but i have got one of my piggies who’s a little under weight on a diet of oats alongside his other feed of course

Things like bran and oats, are more treats than anything, oats are good for fattening up piggies, hence why they shouldn’t be fed regularly to your average pig, I'm sure it’s the same with bran ? i may be wrong.

Mine have porridge oats as a treat and when I have underweight piggies but not tried bran for years, used to give it rabbits when I was a child but never tried the piggies with it
