Does anyone know what this is

Hi, thank you
There are a few of them in the drawer I keep hay in. Wasn’t sure if it was a hay mite x

It’s not quite that big, I have zoomed in on it. The others are a lot smaller
- almost black dots x

It is definitely a spider.
All other insects have 6 legs, so by definition if it has 8 then it is some type of spider.

if you not fully happy as I don't think I would be. I'd empty the drawer throw away the hay clean drawer. x

Definitely spider. Chances are you had a little nest somewhere and they have recently hatched

Thank you, Defo cleaning out the drawer today!
Certainly not wanted I needed to find at 10pm on a Sunday night.
I am hoping it is a load of spiders and not mites

It's definitely not mites, they are not visible to the human eye

Its a spider for sure :) completely harmless to anything except very small insects!
