I have found a Black lump on my little piggy it is almost like a mushroom sitting on top of another lump does anyone know what it might be.

Can you please post a picture? It sounds like a burst cyst. Please always see a vet when you are dealing with lumps; only a hands-on examination can determine what it is.

That looks like a nipple to me? Can you look whether she has another one on the other side of the body?

I have looked and he doesn’t

It definitely looks like his nipple to me. If he has different coloured skin the other side it might not be as obvious or easy to see as the nipple will match the skin tone

Have a look at this guide here; there is a picture of boar nipples included. The colour of the nipples varies depending on the markings. If your boy has for some reason hurt his nipple, please see a vet.
