Does anyone know where I can get a name plate from?

I am after a name plate made from wood or any other material to put on the out house or hutch door. I am wanting it to say Connie and Eliza live here or something along them lines. I have seen some on ebay but I haven'tbeen on ebay for years so have forgot my passwords etc. Does anyone know of anywhere (other than ebay) where I could get something like this from? I know i'm a little  98) forwanting one
 
Hello my OH is an engineer and has made all mine name plates which you can nail/screw/glue/hang on depending on where its going, I can get him to do you some if you tell me what you want and what size, he does them on metal and etches the lettering in so it can last even if outside. x
 
Hey Maria's email. Thanks so much for the offer as that would be great. Really, i'd just like a small plate that says Connie and Eliza. It would be to go on the outside of their hutch so nothing big so say 10cm x 8cm. Can you please give me a quote on price and p and p etc? I would gladly take you up on the offer :)
 
I will ask him what it costs in material but can't see it being more than a few pence as its all in bulk, so just P&P which won't be more than a couple of quid, do you just want one with Connie & Eliza or do they want one each? Maria x
