if piggies affected with "cauliflower willy" still have the ability to father young?

I'm asking as Wilbur has a cauliflower, well more of a trumpet than a cauliflower & i seriously doubt he'd accept a male so was thinking (when the times right) maybe a girl but i didn't want to have him neutered if i didn't have to.

OMG what is this?! I pulled a bit of straw off my piggie's willy the other day but it didn't look like a cauliflower or a trumpet!
We are going to adopt a rescue piggie- is this something I need to look out for? I am not very familiar with guineapig willies, Tiger is the first piggie I've had for about 20yrs! I thought they all had the same shape willy?

Oh dear, a whole thread about willies ::). It was a genuine concern though, and I never knew that so thank you for educating me! ;D

The only sterile boar is a neutered boar! Cauliflower willy has no effect on the level of fertility so he should not be housed with a female unless he gets neutered.

i've noticed that one of my adolescent boars keeps getting fur trapped inside his willy :-\ it looks uncomfortable so i gently tug it out and it looks like he has a cauliflower willy although not as bad as the pig on the link that Niki posted. I'm too scared to trim the hair around his bits just incase he moves suddenly :-\
