does my piggy have uri?

I heard Alexa, my piggy, sort of wheeze. You know when you want to shout but you lose your voice, just like that. I am worried that she has URI. I think I will go to the vet, but I will just ask here just to get options or opinions about this issue. I would like to add that she let out this scream when Lily, my other Guinea Pig, came up to her.

How often does she do this and when did it start? Is she eating/pooping/peeing normally? Any nasal discharge? To me, it sounds like a normal high pitched squeak but more context would be helpful!

She does everything else normally, and there is no nasal discharge.

I'm not sure what it is, but since it's something new, a vet visit is a very good choice! Keep us updated!
