Hello! This is my oldest piggy Percy (3 years old), today I noticed this weird white spot on his genitalia (left down corner of the imagine) and I have no idea what it could be, I can´t reach an exotic vet right now because we´re on a trip but I´d like to know if this is a medical emergency.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I’m not sure what that is. It’s not red or swollen. Does it bother him. Is he biting at it? It looks like it could be a blocked pore. Or a scab maybe.

Hi

It is most likely something he has picked up from the floor and that caked to the penis sack. It should just fall off or he may clean it off himself.

Glad that it wasn't a problem. It is better to ask too much than too little. We are working hard to create a place in which you can ask any question and know that it will be answered in a friendly and helpful way. ;)
 
Never be embarrassed to ask. I once took one of my piggies to the vets for what I thought to be a scab on her nose. It came off with a cotton wool ball soaked in warm water at the vets as it was pellet dust that must have got stuck to her nose after she had had a drink!
