Toby and Barney are both acting a bit odd at the moment. I can't put my finger on exactly what they are doing to make me think that but both MrS and I have noticed that they are being a bit weird. They are still eating and drinking as normal. They are maybe playing a bit more, doing more rumbling and generally making nuisances of themselves. We are having a really windy storm up here and I wondered if that would make them act up however they are inside so how would they know?

Anyone else noticed if their indoor piggies act differently depending on the weather?

It's very windy here where I live and my three have spent all day running around and getting spooked by the sound of the wind on the window!

I've noticed mine go very quiet when it's windy and spend more time hiding. We are on top of a hill and the wind howls round the chimney that could be spooking them. I have also wondered if they feel changes in air pressure?

when it's windy the piggies seem to hide away more, and my rabbit bisc has always been nervous of windy weather. air pressure changes do affect them aswell i think, definitely. especially those with any breathing type issues. x

My pigs are strange. They don't take much notice, not even when people let fireworks off they just happily lay down or stuff their faces!
