Does weather impact energy/mood?

The past couple days it's been getting warmer here. Today I noticed Penny and Cocoa weren't as active as they usually are. I've been trying to keep my room cool by opening my window and turning on my ceiling fan. Overall, could it be the weather that's effecting their energy levels?

Heat does affect energy levels. If problems persist or get worse, there may be another cause. Please see a vet ASAP if your girls are lethargic and are losing weight/are not eating.
