One of my guinea pigs (the blond male one!) has been to our new vets four times. The first time he saw a male vet but the last three times he has seen the same female vet. Every time she has kissed him and, one of the times, the assistant kissed him too! It is going to his head! :)):)):(|)

I can safely say no mine is far too scary for that, Bette tried to bite him when she was there :))!

He's a bit heavy handed but really does care although he doesn't kiss them shall have to ask about that lol!

Our vet has cuddled some of our animals but never kissed them!

My vet has cuddled my kitten and my dogs, but not the piggies! She was nice with them though. But when we thought Sukie was pregnant the vet just felt her belly, handed her back to me and said, "happy guinea pigs!" It was so cute :(|)

My vets are big on cuddles. The vet nurses name badge has chief muncher on it, any post op instructions come in a get well card, my dog came home wearing a bandana saying she had been a superstar and lipstick all over her nose from kisses! My vets are ace!

What a lovely story. When my beloved farquhar was having a series of jabs for a fungal infection, the vet said that she was the sweetest piggie and craddled her in his arms every time. I think it makes you feel that the vet is taking a real interest in the animal.. The vets never acutally kissed my piggie though. xoxoxoxo

There are two vets at our practice. One is lovely and very caring and seems to have a bit of a soft spot for our cat. She is very free with her strokes and cuddles. She explains things in laymans-terms too and obvioulsy loves animals.

The other one (who we saw today with Willow's poorly eye) is somewhat sterner and doesn't seem to 'do cuddles'. Although she is a good vet and is the one who picked up on a heart-murmur with our old Labrador when nobody else did.

No kisses yet though :))

My vet is a big burly south african who holds my pigs up in front of his face while making baby talk & calling them 'squidgy face'. Bless him, he's fab.

All piggies gets kisses when they come to our practice but that's because I get called in by the vets to help with them, and I can't help myself but give them a kiss and a cuddle :(|)

Depending on how busy she is, my lot usually get a kiss or rub noses with Vedra. :)

we are going to a different vet now, and we have a young cat ,jasper, and when the vet saw him he sort of layed him over his shoulder like I do and we were like how did he know jasper likes that ? after
