Teeth chattering have another meaning other than agression....

My boys get along very well....occassionally they chase each other and trying humping we usually refer to this bickering!

When i get my boys out for a cuddle I get them out one at a time...when I do the piggy left in the cage teeth chatters....they dont freeze and chatter they look about as if they are looking for their friend..they come up to the edge of the cage....both of them do it when i get the other one out....i have tried getting them out in different orders etc

Does anyone know why they do this...are they worried about their friend or ami just being worried for nothing....if hubby heres them he says stop it...oddly they do lol!

Thank you

Teeth chattering is a warning they are unhappy. My suggestion would be to take them both out. I can have 2 or 3 on me at one time in various places.

I'd put a familiar fleece on the sofa, pick pick up ** and put n sofa and repeat - I sound like a cookery programme! Or I sometimes put them into a carrier and take them to the sofa. The fleece is big enough to cover me and sofa so if they run off no little accidents.

Once they realise it's only cuddle time it will likely stop, looks of stroking, chin tickling and holding back some of their veggies til lap time will help and you can feed them whilst on your lap.
Everyone's a winner.
Although watch out when your taking them back to their own home for stray flying poo's!
