Dog food in excel

Just got a new bag of excel nuggets and poured it into my storage bin. As I pour it I find what looks and smells like a dog food piece.

I've heard of other people finding this problem too and I'm now considering changing food. What do people recommend? I also want to try and get my money back.
 
Yeah I read an identical thread to this a while back. I would contact Burgee's Excel and explain the situation and ask for your money back! If you are thinking of switching foods then I recommend Oxbow Cavy Cuisine, my Piggies love it and eat every single pellet, it's quite expensive though but very good nutritionally, also Science Selective is good. :)
 
Ce found several pieces now after rummaging through the bin, argh! I have six guineas. I'm thinking science selective is the way forward. How frustrating.
 
I once found rabbit food in my excel dog food, when I mailed them they never responded, I did change brands after that. inbreeding
