Fiancé accidentally bought dolce romana lettuce because he thought it meant 2 romaine lettuces Is this type of lettuce safe for the guinea pigs? Can't find anything on Internet and I've never heard of it before

Google says they're cos lettuce hearts, which should be fine.

Cos lettuce is another name for romaine lettuce, so it should be absolutely fine
