Dominance or illness?

Hello all, I'm a new guinea pig owner and we got 2 females nearly 3 weeks ago, they are aprox 8 weeks old, when we got them Rosebud the tri coloured one seemed to be the dominate one but jn the last few days we have noticed some marks on her and was wondering if Tulip ( my other one) was trying for dominance or weather Rosebud is ill, any help much appreicated thank you

I’m not experienced with this but it looks like it may be fungal - possibly ringworm. Please handle with gloves and thoroughly clean the cage etc. Hygiene is of great importance in case it is. Also book your piggies in for a vet check this coming week. Have a read of the guide I’ve linked below. You will need to buy some F10 disinfectant.

Please have your piggy check by a vet for a fungal infection. Do read the hygiene guide as ringworm is highly contagious and can spread to humans as well as other piggies.
