Happy New Year to you all! I have had Snowy and Coco about 5 weeks now and we are progressing well. Coco in particular lets me feed, stroke and tickle him under the chin. Snowy is a bit shyer but has accepted food from me now. Neither particularly like being picked up but are fine once we are cuddling..........So I was very happy! But now they seem to be getting a little "stroppy" with each other. They are rescues about 10 months old and always been together, but seem to be having more and more "face offs" with mounting and chasing. I was quite worried but after reading the posts and advice it seems this is fairly normal? They are in a C & C cage 4x3 (5x2 just reshaped) and have 2 of everything. They still eat together and both sleep outside of their houses (love watching them sleep -so cute) so don't seem overly fussed. Being a new piggie mum am I being too worried? Just love them and want them to be happy xx

It is normal for the age; the weeks around 10 months of age tend to be the stroppiest, but thankfully, fall-outs at that stage are much rarer since most teenage boars that have made it that far are going on to stay together as adults. But it can be a very trying time. You are doing everything right.

Thank you. As I say, after reading the advice on here feel much better already xx
