Dominant and Bothering

Hi, I have two female guinea pigs, they are the same age, and their names are charms and sparky. I've noticed that sparky the dominant/skittish pig has been bothering charms the friendly pig. Sparky will nudge her bum and chase charms around the cage. Sparky will also walk over her like she isn't even there and sparky will purr for long amounts of time. They get along fine when they are eating, drinking, and sleeping but if they aren't doing any of those then sparky will chase charms and charms will start squeaking like crazy. Their cage is a 4x2 cage. What are they doing? Should I stop them?

This normal behaviour for the settling in/dominance phase while your sows build up a group with a hierarchy and again when sows come into season. Please do not interfere.
