Don’t know what to do with Guinea pigs on holiday

We have 2 male Guinea pigs and we go away for 5 days next week. It’s a 4 and a half hour drive. We had arrange someone to clean and feed them daily but they have fell sick. I don’t know what to do because I only have a small crate for them to come with us and it’s 4.5 hours. Only people I can get to come will only feed not clean them. What should I do so short notice?
 
It's only 5 days so if they aren't cleaned out for that long I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just having someone in to check and feed them and make sure they have fresh water is enough. Pop instructions by the cage: how much to feed, what to feed and when and leave enough fresh veg in the fridge, preferably in separate containers with the days of the week written on the top. Also leaving the name, address and phone number of your vet just in case and a quick note to say that the person looking after them is allowed to take them to the vet and agree to any necessary treatment in your absence. Then go away and have a lovely time.

What a dilemma - Betsy has given you the best advice and is a very experienced piggy owner - I have been away for 4 days and the person I got to look after my piggies wasn’t able to poo pick or clean them out - she topped hay up am and pm and gave pellets and veg each day - I divided up the veg for each eve - they were fine and didn’t miss me at all ! have a lovely holiday 🥰
 
Thank you everyone! Was worried about them not being cleaned. I’ll make sure they have daily food ready and it only works out 3 nights I can do them before we go and when where home. They will probably enjoy the piece away from the baby and toddler haha! We will have a lovely time Thankyou!
