Dose my Guinea pig need a vet?

I have a Guinea pig named Willow because I can not find a friend for her and I was laying in bed and i know Guinea pigs can’t throw up but for example it was kinda like when a dog throws up like how they kinda move back and forth when throwing up and that was wgat my Guinea pig was doing and some times it sounds like she sneezes should I be conserned
