Dramatic haircut or Archie!

Poor Archie has been getting so hot in the sun I've decided to give him a full on haircut...he must have had about 1.5" cut off! :o
He looks more like baby Archie again now

Ok, it doesn't look all that different, but a lot came off...

(thats minus all the hair that is now covering my bed, floor and clothes)
He's having a bit of a sulk now. Don't think he likes mum's hair dressing style, but then who blames him looking at the state of it :red.
 
Oh dear, poor Archie! I think he looks quite smart though!

Guinea pig styling is not easy, Dodge looked a right state the first time I cut his 'tail' off (he's a coronet so we call the long hair at the back his tail!)

Practice makes perfect though, my Swiss piggies look lovely after the first few attempts hehe. Mine always sulk after a hair cut too, they don't seem to understand my lenghtly explanations about flystrike and matting...!

Yeah, the explanations don't seem to make it any easier for them. His other side is a bit worse, as I'd forgotten he has a rosette that side as it gets covered up when the hair grows :red. Oh well, it will be fine in a couple of days :)) A lot more could come off him, but I didn't want it to be too drastic :)). He made enough fuss about it as it was!

hahaha, I can't bring myself to cut Milo's hair although his live in Barber has made a good job of shortening some bits.

Milo would never talk to me again, it's not worth it :)). Although he does get a Bum trim! xx>>>

I love Archies new look, suits him! xx

Aww, bless him. He's lucky enough to have his own personal barber :)). I think Archie's fallen out with me now lol.
