Dried Rose Petals

will dried rose petals turn wee pink and if so would they do it in about 1 1/2 hours?

Or does Jet have another issue

It sounds a bit odd to me but I have never given that to my pigs. I feel like they have to digest it first and even then idk because they were dried. I would check with a vet.
