Dried Veggies

I was wondering how do you make your dried veggies? could you please send your recipes for dried veggies?

My boys love dried carrots. I live in California, so I'll just set the thinly sliced pieces in the sun when it gets really hot. I can't do at anytime other than the hot days in the summer, but they save really well. I've put them in the oven before and it took about 30 mins at 195F. I'll also dry different forages outside too. Try this video!
