No matter what I try, I still have this problem but think I've sort of come up with an answer. The petshop sells small deep plastic feed pots for budgies, they've got 2 metal rods at the back to clip on the side of the cage. I've put one of these under each bottle and hey, no more soaking newspaper! The guineas don't chew them or knock them, so they're really good, only 79p each too. Probably depends on what your cage is made of, but I've got mine on the outside grids of their pen, they're not the c&c ones, though.

Gad you have sorted this issue. I have very little problems with dripping water bottles, but when they do it is really annoying, especially if you have just cleaned them out, but like I say it doesn't happen that often. O0

I was going to post about this cause mine drips terrible, bought a different kind and that one drips too >:(

It is sooo annoying!
