Dry itchy skin

One of my boars has very dry skin. He dosent have any mites or fungal infections as hes been checked by the vet. He was treated for mites about a year ago by a trainee vet and on his 3rd jag the vet we usually see said he dosent have or had them. The injections didnt solve the problem either. He told us when bathing them to use johnsons baby shampoo which does help at the start but i dont want to bath him everyweek. Ive been looking online for stuff to try but some say its ok and others dont. Ive been looking at gorgeous guineas too but the stuff for dry skin is for mites etc. I read using coconut oil. Anyone got a piggie in the same situation and how do you relieve the skin?
