I was holding my girl Nibbles (6yrs) for some bonding time and a kind of health check to check for lumps etc and I noticed that her nips were quite dry and look a bit irritated. Does View attachment 100720anyone have an experience with this?

Your attachment hasn't worked unfortunately. Is there some crusting that looks like dried flaking skin? That usually indicates an hormonal problem or ovarian cysts which are not uncommon with older piggies and sometimes are completely harmless. I agree you need a vet check to diagnose and discuss appropriate actions

It’s kind of like flakey skin. I’ll need to book an appointment for her soon. Thank you.

They seem to have developed in to yellow crust over the weekend. I plan to take her to the vets on Monday.
