It’s difficult to tell from a photo. Piggies do have a bald patch behind their ears which is perfectly normal.
I discovered that when I took mine to the vet because I was worried about the bald patch.
However I would still recommend a vet trip if you have any concern.
It’s so much better to be reassured nothing is wrong than to miss a possible problem.
