Dry Skin On Ears

Is there anything I can use to treat dry skin on one of my guinea pigs ears? I was thinking e45 or maybe a spot of olive oil? I used shea butter on my daughter when she had dry skin patches as a baby which was terrific, luckily it's not crusty just very dry.and a little flakey, tjanks in.advance x
 
I would advise getting the vet to check that it's not the start of a fungal infection as this is a typicl place for it to start and one of the symptoms is dry flaky skin. If it is fungal it is easy to treat.
