Dry skin or something else

I did notice a while ago that one of our boars has dry skin in some places. Today my daughter noticed he has ‘white things’ on his back. Not sure what it is so help would be welcome. It’s difficult to get a decent photo at the moment. It does look a little like dandruff.

That looks like lice or mites. I would see a vet for the proper diagnosis.
