Dry skin or somthing else :S

My Little man Alistair has recntly been treated from ringworm on his nose and mouth, this cleared up fine with treatment. i noticed today during cuddles time, that he had this patch as pictured and similar on his ear, anyone any ideas if this is just dry skin or has the ringworm spread :(

He finished treatment around 3 weeks ago, it cleared up on his nose and his fur has grown back, i just noticed this patch today, it seemed as though some hair from this area had fallen out
 
I had a black sow with ringworm i treated and it looked simliar to this. Maybe see how it goes, but if your worried at all maybe see a vet? It could just be the ringworm clearing up, but i wouldnt like to say for certain.
