Dry Skin?

Both of my pig have dry and flaky skin, my one has it where he had been treated for ringworm, but the ringworm is gone now. My other one just has it behind his ears and a little under his chin. Is it normal for pigs to get dry skiing in the winter? Also it is a bit flaky and on my brown pig it kind of looks like a snowstorm. Maybe a bit of dandruff?

He is and American one. He is super smoothe and sheds a lot so I thought maybe that would be it
