I am planning on bringing Petunia to the vet, but the vet is closed until Friday. Today I noticed a bald spot on Petunias fur today, so I went to examine it. It seems dry and has three or two small little white bumps. I know y'all arent vets, but I was wondering if anyone has a piggy who has had it? And I'm wondering what it could be... Here are some photos. rsz_dsc_1660.webp

She really does need to see a vet for a proper diagnosis.
On the plus side when my piggies have had skin issues they have always been resolved fairly quickly with the proper treatment from a vet.

Thank you for the reply!
I have messaged my vet to see about an appointed and gave her the photo as well.
She said it looks like Lyme disease, which I highly doubt since for 1. Petunia has never gone outside and 2. I have never found ticks on her.
Of course though, she is the vet. In my opinion it looks the most like mites, but I have not been trained in this field so I cant say.
Its good to hear your piggies take well with the treatment, hopefully Petunia will be the same! :P
