hello basil has some dry skin on his tummy where the vets shaved him last week (de plumbing). they are small white scales i have tried to take a picture but because he is white underneath it doesnt show on the camera rolleyes. i suffer from psoriasis so i have a lot of diprobase cream i also use hemp from the body shop would any of this be any good or should i use somthing else? many thanks

Hi Chazzer,

For now I'd just keep an eye on him as he is quite soon post-neuter. The flakes may be nothing of concern, or it may be a skin condition. If the flakes are worse in a week then I would consider bathing in an anti-fungal shampoo, however I would wait as long as possible to ensure he is fully healed before bathing him. 2-3 weeks is the earliest I would personally bath a pig post-op, and that would be tenatively. :)

Forgot to say, I'd avoid the diprobase and hemp - I'd not apply anything until you've monitored the condition for a few days.
