Hello everyone!

Since it isn't warm and sunny here anymore, I've been drying my fleece indoors. I really prefer drying it in the sun outdoors, but winter you know.... I have been hanging my fleece up in my laundry room using those pant clips that I end up with after buying a new pair of pants. It does a really great job, but I was curious to know how others dry their fleece.

I just wash mine in the washing machine and then hang up to dry on the clothes horse. If the room is warm, it will dry by the next day 😊 I would also recommend having more than 1.

Piggie washing is done in the evening and by mid day next day it's dry. I do smaller loads more often and hang to dry on clothes airer. Our clothes is dried in tumble dryer, so don't have backlog.

I wash my fleeces and pop them over the banister at the top of the stairs in the morning and by the next day they are dry.

I just give them an extra spin after washing and put it on a clothes horse normally dry within a few hours!

I wash and tumble dry mine, apart from the tunnels/beds which I put on radiator. I love to get them out in the fresh air if at all possible

Aha! Thank you! We call those a clothes dryer rack or a laundry rack. My dryer is making horrid sounds so I don't use it for the piggy items. Plus, last time I tried drying shoes that I washed in the washer, I couldn't get the smell out of the dryer! That's the main reason that I don't use the dryer to dry the piggy fleece.

I hang them in a clothes line that we installed in the spare room. I also use a clothes horse for drying the cosy beds. Our spare room is just a laundry area basically. We used to have a single bed there in the past, but we got rid of it since no one uses it. Oh we also have the treadmill in there, and a few wardrobe for storage. 😂

We dry in the dining room in winter using a clothes horse and a dehumidifier. This portable unit pulls moisture out of the air and is a real boon in a damp house... and your washing dries a lot faster. If you have a fish tank (or house plants) you have to keep your eye on the water level though!

Nearly every door in the house has some piece of piggie bedding draped over it at all times be it towels, fleece or bath mats. Our house is quite cold so the towels take a few days to dry this time of year.
